It usually takes 1-5 business days for your order to arrive after you've placed it (excluding pre-orders). During busy periods like December additional delays can occur so we recommend ordering prior to these periods.

Shipping cost is calculated based on shipping location and weight of the parcel. Shipping will be automatically added to your order at the checkout. Orders over $500 receive free shipping.

We ship everywhere in Australia. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer international shipping.

All of our wines are stored in a climate controlled environment that is perfect for long-term wine storage.

No. There is no minimum number of bottles you need to complete your purchase.

Yes. If you wish to cancel your Saber club membership just send us an email at info@alagoniawines.com and we will cancel your membership immediately at no cost or penalty associated.

If your delivery contained the wrong item, was missing an item, or included an incorrect number of an item please send us an email at info@alagoniawines.com including the order number and we will expedite a new shipment to you.

We apologise for the inconvenience and we'll happily refund your purchase. Simply email us at info@alagoniawines.com and we'll arrange for a refund. Please retain the damaged bottles and we'll arrange for them to be collected from you.

We apologise for delays in shipping. Please email us at info@alagoniawines.com and include your name, order number and tracking number (if you've been issued one) and we'll track down what happened and arrange to have your wine re-shipped to you.

If you're a wine producer and would like to work with us please email us at info@alagoniawines.com and we'll arrange a time to meet with you.

For your initial trade purchase we request payment on delivery. For subsequent trade purchases we request payment within 30 days of invoice.

Our wines are stored in a climate controlled facility in Melbourne.

We're happy to accept returns of wine that was damaged during shipping or wine with faults as long as you stored the wine in an appropriate climate controlled environment.
